Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event date. If your event is less than 2 weeks away from your inquiry, we require full payment. A deposit is required to confirm/secure your booking. It is not a booking unless funds are received.
All deposits are non-refundable.(with some exemptions). Please understand that time has been spent and supplies have been purchased or set aside for your event. Percentage of refund's deposit will be issue depending on how far the cancellation has been placed.
We book up at least 3 weeks in advanced. As soon as possible is always best to ensure we can allocate a time slot and have all necessary supplies.
Yes. Delivery is offered for a fee on orders that reach a minimum amount of $500. Delivery, set-up and take down service fees apply depending on location and time.The delivery fee may increase for large installations, multiple deliveries or limited time set-up.
Unless a pick-up has been arranged with us, the balloons are yours to keep or give away after the event. Following the event; all pick-ups, rentals and/or hardware is returned to us.
We accept credit card with 3% transaction fee, Venmo with 2.5% transaction fee or Zelle.
All transaction requires 50% deposit (non-refundable) upon booking and the remaining balance at least a week before the event.
